Nutrition & Prostate Health

Question: WHAT DOES PROPER NUTRITION HAVE TO DO WITH YOUR PROSTATE HEALTH?

Answer:   YOUR DIET IS DIRECTLY LINKED TO YOUR OVERALL HEALTH.

It is important for everyone to have a balanced diet to maintain proper health. This is becoming more and more difficult in today’s society as we find ourselves becoming busier and busier and with so many fast food choices, it’s easy to just grab a quick bite at the expense of something healthier. The problem with this compromise is that we don’t eat the right combination of foods to promote optimal efficiency of our immune systems. Eating the wrong combination of food groups will also increase the risk of many health issues, such as cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis, arthritis, and many other degenerative diseases.

Our bodies are very sensitive and can become acidic or alkaline depending on the foods we eat, the water we drink and the liquids we consume. A body that is too acidic for too long will begin producing cancerous cells; however, a properly balanced diet helps move the body’s pH level from acidic to alkaline. Maintaining a healthy diet along with the use of PC HOPE™ and other Special Prostate Products (read Prostate Protocol) can not only help stop the production of cancerous cells, but can help reverse the effects of cancer without the need of mainstream treatments such as surgery, chemo, and radiation. Prostate Health With PC Hope™ and The Protocol.

PC Hope™ will help you gain maximum control of your prostate health if used in conjunction with maintaining a healthy, balanced diet and products to clean up toxins. For optimal results, you will need to get your pH above 7.4 as quickly as possible, by every means available.

How can you determine your body’s pH level? Using pH test strips can easily help you determine your body’s pH factor quickly and easily in the privacy of your own home. The most consistent testing is done first thing in the morning. Test the Saliva and Urine daily for one to two weeks to establish a pattern; you are looking for two things; first, the actual number to know how acidic you are, and second, how consistent the number is. Wide fluctuation indicates Liver problems you need to address. Test your pH two days a week after you establish a good pattern.

For an optimal pH level of 7.4 or higher, the Litmus paper should turn blue as indicated on the chart below. This indicates that your saliva is slightly alkaline, which will allow you to get maximum results with PC Hope™. If it is not blue, call for consultation and learn how to raise your pH level.
