Protocel requires special care and a strict regimen in order to be successful. This page contains lists of treatments and vitamins that interfere with Protocel. If you are taking anything on these lists, you must decide if you are willing to stop them in order to give Protocel a fair chance to help you. Two Formulas to Order

Protocel comes in two slightly different formulas. Analysis of the formulas indicate that the following lists represent the better of the two formulas to start your protocol.

How to Take Protocel

Protocel must be taken carefully for these reasons:

• Protocel is a liquid and must be shaken and dispensed immediately. Many people do not get a good dose of Protocel because it settles so quickly.

• You must take a 1/4 teaspoon dose every four hours, consistently. Skipping a dose is like letting a starving man have short meal; he can recover a bit. If you must, you can skip one dose when sleeping, but you can leave it by your bedside already mixed with water for a middle of the night does if you happen to awaken.

• You must use non-clorinated water if you mix it or follow it with water.

Foods to Avoid

Reducing your intake of refined sugar had been known to aid the effects of Protocel. Fructose, honey, and 100% maple syrup are much better.

Vitamins to Avoid

Do not take any supplements that contain the vitamins or supplements listed below.

Cesium Chloride and Potassium may cause a problem, but more study is needed before these are definite substances to avoid. If you are currently taking supplements that contain any of the above, you must decide if you are willing to stop taking them in order to use Protocel most effectively. Naturally occurring quantities in food has not caused any problems. Do not use any information from the Renewal & Wellness web site it is full of dead ends and they do not correct their mistakes. Treatments to Avoid

Burdock Root
Essiac and Flor-Essence (which is similar to Essiac with a couple of extra ingredients)
Ozone treatments ( oxygen treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen are beneficial to the functioning of Protocel)

IP6 (in theory there may be a problem, but case histories are needed)
714-x some cases indicate that 714-x may interfere with Protocel
Ozone is very counter to Protocel
Hydrogen peroxide
Colloidal silver - the heavy metal quality of silver could cause a reaction with Protocel.
Pau d'arco with Germanium-132 (taking either separately with Cantron is OK)

Treatments that Can Be Taken

The following do not interfere with Protocel as far as experience has shown:

*Taking Germanium-132 together with Pau d'arco will interfere with Protocel.

Unknown Treatment Interactions

It is generally suggested that herbs be discontinued because it is unknown how they will react with Protocel. Other substances whose reaction with Protocel is currently unknown:

Chemo with Protocel to Reduce Side Effects

Although chemo prevents Protocel from working, taking Protocel while taking chemo reduces the side effects of chemo, but does not reduce the effectiveness of chemo. For months after chemo treatments, it may be difficult for Protocel to work. Protocel does start right away, but produces results more slowly after taking chemo. Even fairly healthy people can take many months to recover from chemo.

PSA Numbers Can Go Up

PAS numbers can escalate for a month or more while taking Protocel. This actually means that Protocel is working. .

Critical CAT Scan Information

As Protocel works and tumors start to break down, they can appear to get larger. CAT scans sometimes can't distinguish between growing tumors and tumors that are breaking down, but a PET scan can verify the breakdown of tumors.

Prevention

Some people want to continue Protocel on a reduced schedule. If you reduce the dosage size or schedule Protocel will only work as an antioxidant. For this purpose, Protocel can be taken once or twice a day.
